Produces two layers（Bubble Layer + PE Layer ) or three layers air bubble film(PE Layer + Bubble Layer + PE Layer ). In-line Lamination bubble film with the third material, Aluminum Foil, BOPP,Kraft Paper, EPE Foam etc.)
The machine can design as per customer requirement, automatic operation, cutting, rewinding and hydraulic screen change etc.PLC control system, single screw extruder, double screws co-extruder technology in hand already. Our PE bubble film making machine can produce double color film directly.
Production Range: From Width 1000mm To 4000mm (4meter width finished film)
From 2 layers to 7 layers with laminating function online.
